For more than 37 years, I have worked alongside people at every stage of leadership—from those just beginning to recognize their influence to experienced executives carrying the weight of leading entire organizations. And throughout my own journey as an educator, executive leader, Superintendent of Schools, coach, and consultant, one truth has remained constant: How we lead others is deeply connected to how we lead ourselves.

As the founder of Trevco Leadership Consulting and creator of The Inner Page, I help individuals deepen their self-awareness, gain clarity, grow intentionally, and translate that internal growth into the way they lead, communicate, make decisions, and influence others.

My work also extends into organizations, where I partner with leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capacity, create greater accountability, improve culture, and build high-performing teams. Because organizational transformation doesn’t begin with another initiative or strategy. It begins with people.

My approach brings together decades of real-world leadership experience with transformational coaching and leadership development. As a certified iPEC CoRe Energy Coach, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, I help clients examine not only what they are doing, but who they are bringing to the work.

I am also the author of The Inner Page: Leading without Losing YourseMeant to Be, which explores the internal work of identity, self-awareness, courage, and intentional growth that shapes the way we lead and live.

Whether I am working one-on-one with a leader, facilitating an intimate personal-growth experience, speaking to an audience, or working with an organizational team, my purpose remains the same: To help people lead from the inside out.
